Organization Settings

Email Domain

Configure which email domains are associated with your organization:
  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Domains
  2. Add your company domain (e.g., acme.com)
  3. Verify ownership via DNS TXT record or email verification
  4. Once verified, enable auto-join for that domain
Multiple domains are supported for companies with subsidiaries or acquisitions. Upload your company logo for use in the agent's responses and dashboard. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG (recommended size: 256x256px).

Auto-Join Settings

Control how new users join your organization:

  • Off — Users can only join via invitation
  • Email domain — Anyone with a verified company email can join
  • Invite link — Anyone with the link can join
  • Both — Either method works
For each method, set the default role and access tier new users receive.
