Inviting Your Team
Pingd is built for sales teams. Here's how to get your reps, managers, and admins set up.
Invite Methods
Email Invitations
- Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members
- Enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated)
- Select a role for the invitees

Invite Link
For larger teams, use a shareable invite link:
- Go to Settings → Team → Invite Link
- Click Generate Link
- Share the link with your team via Slack, email, or wherever works
- Anyone with the link can join your organization
Pro Tip: Invite links can be set to expire after a certain number of uses or after a time period. Use this for controlled rollouts.
Email Domain Auto-Join
Enable automatic joining for anyone with your company's email domain:
- Go to Settings → Organization → Auto-Join
- Toggle on Allow domain auto-join
- Verify your email domain
@yourcompany.com email is automatically added to your organization.
Roles & Permissions

- Cannot change organization settings
- This is the default role for new invitees

- Find the team member
- Click the role dropdown next to their name
- Select the new role
Removing Team Members

Access Tiers
Beyond roles, Pingd supports access tiers that control what features are available:
- Basic — Standard agent queries, meeting prep, insights
- Power — Everything in Basic + custom instructions, scheduled tasks, advanced analytics
- Admin — Everything in Power + agent configuration, data policy management
Best Practices
- Start small — Onboard 3-5 reps first, gather feedback, then expand
- Set up data policies first — Before inviting reps, configure data access policies so each rep sees only their relevant data
- Assign an admin — Have at least one other admin besides the owner for coverage
- Use Slack channels — Create a
#pingd-tipschannel where your team shares useful queries and tricks
