Admin Best Practices

  1. Set up policies before onboarding — Have data access policies configured before inviting your team
  2. Start with org-level defaults — Configure agent personality and instructions at the org level first
  3. Monitor adoption — Check analytics weekly to see who's using Pingd and who needs help
  4. Review access quarterly — Audit user access and remove inactive accounts
  5. Keep instructions updated — As your sales process evolves, update agent instructions to match

Admin-Only Features

These features are available only to Owner and Admin roles:

  • Agent template management
  • Data access policy configuration
  • User role assignment
  • Organization settings
  • Analytics dashboard
  • Audit log access
Pro Tip: Designate at least two admins in your organization. If one person is out, the other can manage settings and respond to team needs.
