- Show revenue potential in ARR
- Include the last 3 NPS survey responses if available
- Flag if the account has any open support tickets
Best Practices
- Review prep the night before for important meetings, not 5 minutes prior
- Share with colleagues attending the same meeting
- Update your CRM after — log meeting notes so future prep is even better
- Use follow-up queries — "What questions should I avoid with this account?"
Pro Tip: After a meeting, tell your agent what happened: "The Acme meeting went well — they're moving to Proposal stage and want pricing by Friday." This updates context for future prep and deals.
Meeting Prep for Teams
Managers can get prep for their reps' meetings:
- "Prep me for my team's QBR tomorrow"
- "What should I know about the deals my team is presenting?"
