One isolated agent per rep
Every AE or BDR gets a dedicated Fly Machine, persistent volume, conversation history, and connector identity. Customer context never becomes another rep’s context.
Pingd embeds Pi as the reasoning harness inside each rep's isolated Fly Machine. We keep Pi's extensibility, remove general-purpose machine access, and add the sales context, connector policy, persistence, and operations a production revenue team needs.
Why this architecture
Every AE or BDR gets a dedicated Fly Machine, persistent volume, conversation history, and connector identity. Customer context never becomes another rep’s context.
Native Pingd tools query policy-scoped CRM records and the knowledge graph. The agent distinguishes verified facts from recommendations instead of inventing plausible customer details.
A purpose-built Pi extension discovers Composio tools, inspects their current schemas, and executes them under a fixed user or organization entity. External writes are denied unless explicitly allowlisted and requested.
Managed sales policy stays intact while each rep can add a narrow custom workflow. Custom skills persist through restarts and image upgrades without overwriting the golden harness.
Machines run immutable image digests. Managed context installs as retained releases, so operators can stage an update on one rep, verify it, and roll back without losing that rep’s data.
The system prompt, tools, and skills are designed for accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, meetings, qualification, follow-up, pipeline, and the next useful selling motion—not software development.
