Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Pingd.io ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Pingd provides AI-powered sales intelligence agents that integrate with your CRM and communication tools. Each agent operates within your organization's data scope and delivers insights via Slack.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person or bot per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

4. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed per seat (per rep) on a monthly basis.
  • You can bring your own API key (BYOK) or use our metered plan with included token credits.
  • Metered plans include a set number of AI tokens per seat per month. Overages are billed at published rates.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via your billing portal.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data to operate the Service.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • CRM data is processed by AI models to generate insights but is not used to train models.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access other organizations' data
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the agent
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access

7. AI Limitations

AI-generated insights are provided as recommendations and may not always be accurate. You should verify important information before acting on it. Pingd is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Agent compute resources are allocated per-seat and subject to infrastructure capacity.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pingd's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
