When you use Pingd.io, we collect:

  • Account information: Name, email address, organization name when you sign up.
  • CRM data: Sales data you connect (accounts, contacts, opportunities) to power your AI agent. This data stays within your organization's scope.
  • Usage data: How you interact with the platform, agent conversations, and feature usage for improving our service.
  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Powering your AI sales agent with relevant CRM context
  • Delivering insights, alerts, and recommendations via Slack
  • Processing billing and managing your subscription
  • Improving our AI models and platform features
  • Communicating product updates and support

3. Data Isolation

Each organization's data is strictly isolated. Your CRM data, agent conversations, and insights are never shared with other organizations. Each AI agent runs in its own isolated compute environment.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Pingd:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI model powering agent intelligence
  • Fly.io: Agent compute infrastructure
  • Vercel: Web application hosting
  • Slack: Agent communication channel

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. API keys and secrets are stored in encrypted vaults.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your CRM data, agent configurations, and conversation history within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@pingd.io.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
